Copyright Infringement & DMCA Policy

Effective Date: September 6, 2025

hogtiedtube complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and is committed to protecting the rights of creators. If your copyrighted work has been uploaded to this site without permission, you can file a takedown notice via our contact form. Once we receive a complete and valid request, we will review it promptly and take appropriate action.

Filing a DMCA Notice

To be valid, your notice must include the following information:

  1. Your identification
Provide your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Description of your copyrighted work
Clearly identify the work that you own. If multiple works are involved, a single list is acceptable.
  3. Location of the infringing content
Include the specific URL(s) on hogtiedtube where the infringing content appears.
  4. Good faith declaration
State that you believe, in good faith, the use of your work is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement
Declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information is correct and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
  6. Signature
A physical or electronic signature is required. A full typed name is accepted as an electronic signature.

Counter-Notice Process

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification through our contact form. It must include:

  1. Your complete contact details.
  2. Identification of the material removed and its previous location on hogtiedtube.
  3. A sworn statement that the takedown was due to error or misidentification.
  4. Your agreement to the jurisdiction of the federal court covering your address (or, if outside the U.S., the courts where hogtiedtube operates) and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10 business days unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed legal action.

Repeat Offenders

Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights risk suspension or permanent termination of their accounts. Infringing content may also be removed without notice.

False or Misleading Claims

Submitting false takedown requests or counter-notices is prohibited and may result in liability for damages, including attorney fees. If you are unsure about your rights, seek professional legal advice before filing.
